Sandro Sulaberidze

About:

Sandro Sulaberidze (b. 1991) is Tbilisi based visual artist.   
He uses his photographic background and knowledge in optics as a tool for his artistic practice. Sandro's multimedia works mainly focus on the importance of light and its influence on body or conscious. Starting from the project 'point of a view of a fly (2014) he experiments with different artificial replicas of eyes seen in nature. With different arrangements and self-made cameras, he captures images of reality as seen from another creature's eyes. Sandro is a member of Obscura multidisciplinary platform since 2015.
