A baladic story with strands of dark grotesque. The story takes place in several time levels during icelandic winter, where the border between day and night and human being and animal is blurred, but the difference between good and bad remains.
The modern legend "Shadow Play", written by Björk's lyricist, provides the main plot line of the show. However you may also detect references to Clever Old Fox or Kepler's The Dream aka lunar astronomy.
The artistic side of the performance plays an important role. It has been created by "Brno section" stage designer Johana Merta and the art scene legend Václav Stratil.
