Art ACADEMY with Darina Alster - We want Badges!

Do you want to make your own button or pins to clip onto your jacket or purse? We can make any kind of designs, and even use photos if you bring small ones. We'll draw pictures and create colorful pins, producing original pieces. We will work with the technique of collage and look for different design compositions. We have a button making machine machine and expert Martina Nosbergera to help us!

For the summer semester the Student Academy will dive into the adventures of artistic creation. Each month we will focus on a different artistic discipline. We'll be recognizing a wide range of directions in which contemporary art issues from fine artwork under the microscope through personal styling to large format murals in downtown Prague. Creativity has no limits. Art can be seen almost anywhere and everywhere, depending on each person's discretion and taste. Life is about creating. Art is life.

About Student Academy: Student Academy are leisure activities for high school students free of charge. Under the slogan "Do what you enjoy" from 2010, it offers students art workshops which are held in attractive locations, under the leadership of interesting personalities from the cultural scene. Since the autumn of 2012, the  Art & Design Academy workshops take place regularly 2 times a month in MeetFactory.
