Attention, work!: Work and comics!

A legend of the comic underground is coming back to KomiksFEST after four years!

The Slovenian Stripburger is bringing another one of his thematic projects - the exhibition Attention, work! by 50 artists from 12 countries. It was founded in 2012 as an accompaniment to the comics anthology Workburger and was later supplemented by other artists with 3D objects, installations and videos. The exhibition shows the work as one of the sources where the human being can find the main driving force of its existence - the meaning of life. At the same time it is kicking it's adverted face, impersonal sources of profit, where a person loses value. Of course then there are all the positions in between. What better place to put this project to work than to the former factory, MeetFactory!
 
Apart from Max Andersson (Pixy), Lars Sjunnesson (Bosnian Flat Dog) and Danijel Žeželj, Igor Hofbauer will also be introduced. He is the author of the cover of Workburger and a Croatian artist and musician who likes to refer to German expressionism, Russian constructivism and pop art. Get ready for a visual ride!
