Summer Cinema VI| WINNER: BLUE VELVET

It´s never just about sex. The July cycle of the MeetFactory Summer Cinema will show that sex is also politics, revolt, escape from everydayness, an unexpected closeness and intimacy. The films we have chosen for you this time compose a colorful and articulate mosaic of our world, showing it in all our nakedness. What remains, if we strip off all this drama, all of our hustle? Bertolucci, Kubrick, Lynch, Greenaway and others show that sex is a power by far not limited to our carnality. It is a power that permeates and moves our whole society.

Voting ends and ticket sale begins on Monday 4th July at 12:00 a.m.  

Screening starts at 21:30 (June, July), and 20:30 (August, September).
Entrance fee is 80 CZK, for visitors with permanent residency on Prague 5 with a 50 % discount.
