20 September / LECTURE- A HISTORY OF 20TH CENTURY ART 
(6 pm – 7 pm)
A chapter from Art History of the  20th century / Marcel Duchamp. Tutor: Adriena Primusová.  

21 September / DRAWING  (7 pm – 10 pm)
The main focus of the study is the elements of drawing, evolving freely into more complicated drawing principles. We prefer classic concept of the lessons – live model studies. The nude _ figure 1:1, half figure, anatomy, freely composed still life, plaster models _ figure, bust, sculptural group etc. Drawing with pencil, charcoal, ruddle, and gradually color is added _ pastel, watercolor, china ink. The choice of topics is proposed by the tutor and discussed. Tutor: Filip Černý.

22 September / SCULPTURE  (6 pm – 8 pm)
The main focus of the sculpture studies is classical sculpting procedures, techniques and material usage. The basis is work with the clay. We prefer traditional concept of the lessons _ live model studies. Free creation follows. Relief_ modeling, simple figural motives, head modeling _ portrait, or according to a plaster model, casting in plaster mold, classical patination of plaster.  The choice of topics is proposed by the tutor and discussed. Tutor: Jan Slovenčík. 

23 September / PAINTING  (6 pm – 8 pm)
The study’s main focus is the elements of painting / theory of colors, the painting’s composition, acrylicic paint, combined techniques. We prefer traditional concept of the lessons / real life painting studies and free creation. In the course of their studies the students get acquainted with the elementary techniques and themes of painting / acrylic, oil. With the help of relaxing exercise and color mixing we will arrive at the issue of the color space, Color surface and mass. Free creation follows. Drawing, imprimatur, underpainting, painting alla prima, laminated painting. The choice of topics is proposed by the tutor and discussed. Tutor: Aldin Popaja.   

24 – 25 September / PLAIN AIR IN PRAGUE  (10 am – 5 pm) 
Adaptation weekend meeting for the MFA students and other art fans. Prague walks, Sketching, Drawing, Painting at MFA Studio, MeetFactory. Tutors: Filip Černý, AldinP opaja.
