Prague Museum Night at MeetFactory

Within 16th Prague Museum Night free bus line leads you to the former glass factory as well. Guided tours, exhibitions, performances, screening are on the agenda of the night.

Next Time At Your Place - guided tour 
The Next Time at Your Place exhibition introduces the current works of the multimedia artist Milena Dopitová. Dopitová entered the art scene after graduating from AVU in the early nineties as a distinct author and also the only woman of the Pondělí (Monday) art group. Since then, she has been presenting her work at prestigious exhibitions both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Her individual exhibition at MeetFactory is not retrospective; Dopitová uses space and time to address the happenings here and now.
The exhibition will be introduced by Milena Dopitová and curator Eva Riebová at 8 pm.    

Urban Space Epics - performances
Urban Space Epics is a project started by author/programmer/performance-poet Darrell Jónsson in the 1980s as a framework to combine
20th century experimental film techniques, innovative music, and epic narrative chants into live expanded cinema.
Performances start at 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm.     

MeetFactory Guided Tour
What was the original purpose of the building before art starts to occupy this space? What is happening here now? The guided tour of the building starts at 9 pm. The part of the guided tour is the speech of Matěj Samec, who will talk about his work as theater manager and writer. 

Exhibition of Jana Smetanová, stage designer
The theater hall will be occupied by a unique installation of MeetFactory main stage designer Jana Smetanová.
