On the sophomore record The Weight, the Dutch duo amplifies their debut album qualities – atmospheric and groovy, yet accessible electronica with passing resemblance of some of Nicolas Jaar’s or The Field’s output. In their live shows, however, their modular synths facing a live drummer create a mesmerizing experience. Weval will return to MeetFactory on Saturday, September 7.
