Aleksandra Nenko

Aleksandra Nenko (1996) was born in Krakow where she lives and works. Co-founder of the Bałuckiego 15 Collective with whom she creates underground social events. Winner of the 10th edition of the Grey House Foundation competition. After Graduation she did her Traineeship as Residence coordinator at DE LICEIRAS 18 in Porto, Portugal. The artist creates sculptures and scenographic installations. In her recent projects, she focuses on themes of the broad idea of home and instability, which have provoked her to go beyond her 'safe world' in the creative process. She is currently travelling to expand her research into the abstract notion of space.
