Travel with MeetFactory!

The journey is our motif this summer!

Travel to exciting exhibition spaces, literary cafes and unique locations in Prague. Travel as far as possible with a part of our exhibition. Become a cultural nomad this summer and take us with you!


a/ TRAVELING TO PRAGUE'S GALLERIES

The chosen places where we placed our Journey stickers are cultural and artistic institutions like alternative art galleries and also interesting cafes, kavarnas and metropolitan places throughout Prague. The participating places include Galerie MeetFactory, Galerie Futura, Galerie Jelení, Galerie Ferdinanda Baumanna, Karlin Studios, Berlínskej Model, Café v lese, Monolok café, Týnská literární kavárna and Love Kidó.

So try to find the stickers around Prague and take a picture with them! Then send it to us via a message on Facebook, or on Instagram with the hashtag #ahojmeetfactory. Everyone who finds a sticker and takes a picture with it will receive a free beer and a packet of postcards from the Cesta exhibition. 
b/ TAKE US ON YOUR TRIP

This is for those who are also traveling outside of Prague. You can take the special postcard by Francis Alys that is here in the MeetFactory, and take it with you to different places you may travel outside of Prague. When you take a photo with the postcard in say, a different city, you can send it to us via Facebook message or Instagram with the hashtag #meetfactorynomads

 For this competition there will be two winners, first - whomever takes a photo with the postcard in a place that's the farthest away from Prague, and second - the person who takes the most 'interesting' or creative photo with the postcard. The second winner will be chosen/judged by our curator, Karina Pfeiffer Kottova. The two winners will each receive a MeetFactory t-shirt!

The competition starts on August 1st, and ends September 30th! (Pay attention though, The Journey exhibition in the main gallery finishes on the 22nd of August). Good luck!
