Soirée returns to MeetFactory before the summer. In the middle of the exhibition cycle, we will regularly prepare an evening packed with the hottest art. On Wednesday, 19 June, when the gallery and residency programme will join forces, we will be treated to this ride for the first time this year.

Guided tour of exhibitions & artist talk
Curators Ján Gajdušek and Tereza Havlovicová will present the exhibitions Boundaries of Ambiguity (MeetFactory Gallery) and The Light of One Lamp Only (Kostka Gallery). They will be joined by artists Tadeáš Podracký, Alex Selmeci & Tomáš Kocka Jusko, who will then talk more about their work in artist talks.

Launch of the book Other Edges of the World
Part of a three-year residency project and the outcome of the exhibition that you could see at the MeetFactory Gallery last year. The book Other Edges of the World, which will be christened during the evening, includes texts by Kateryna Botanova, Emma Brasó, Valeria Mata, Gabriela Wiener, Oksana Chornobrova & Maria Noschenko and interventions by the artists Eva Ďurovec, Kvet Nguyen, Kateryna Mamchur, Darya Lukjanenko. The latter artist will also give a separate artist talk.

The programme will be followed by the first screening of the Summer Cinema. We start with The Red Turtle.
